Workshop Overview
These sessions are designed to provide practical guidance on achieving SHINE Employer Accreditation, helping your business understand and work towards the criteria in a clear and manageable way.

Please note that these are not live application sessions. Instead, they are focused on preparing you for the process, using a structured planning document that will support you in completing your application after each workshop.

What to Expect

• A clear overview of each SHINE “Beam” and its requirements
• Practical examples and achievable “quick wins”
• A guided planning exercise to support your application
• Opportunity to ask questions and discuss your approach

All attendees will be asked to register in advance.

You are welcome to bring a laptop if you’d prefer to complete the planning document electronically, however this is optional. Paper copies of all materials will also be provided on the day.
