Transforming Care for Communities - Crowthorne Parish Council

??Frimley Health, in partnership with the Thames Valley Integrated Care Board (ICB), is launching a public engagement programme to help patients, staff, partners and local residents understand our proposals for a new Frimley Park Hospital and share their views.

You can sign up to any of our public events, not just the ones in your area, to find out more about our proposals and to share your views.

We want to hear:

• how the proposals might impact you, your family or your community
• whether there are issues we may not have fully considered
• how any potential negative impacts could be reduced or mitigated
• whether there are opportunities to improve or strengthen the proposals

Taking part is entirely voluntary, but your feedback really does matter.
