This webinar will guide you through the Tractivity Data Import Tool.

The tool allows you to import new organisations, contacts, and addresses, and to export and update existing data. It provides a quick and efficient way to add new records or cleanse and maintain your current information.

Please note that system administrator access is required to carry out data imports. However, if you are responsible for preparing the import templates, this webinar will help you understand the format and structure required to ensure your data is uploaded correctly.
