Status: Spaces Available

Our annual stakeholder regional workshops keep our stakeholders informed and involved in what we're delivering across Cumbria, Lancashire and the North West.

This year’s sessions mark the start of our engagement to shape our RIIO-ED3 Business Plan (2028–2033) and will provide an opportunity for you to engage with us on the energy topics that matter to you.

We expect investment in your region to increase significantly in this business plan, reflecting the need to invest in network capacity to support decarbonisation, resilience and economic growth.

Working closely with our stakeholders is essential to shape our new business plan. Your insight will help ensure our plans reflect the priorities of the organisations and communities that rely on our network.

Our workshop agenda will include:

  • ED2 investment – our current programme, including the benefits and economic growth this is bringing to the region
  • ED3 investment and growth opportunity – Enabling growth in strategic network investment, connections and unlooping
  • Meeting the challenges that lie ahead – Minimising disruption to communities via customer service, vulnerable customer support and streetworks
  • Enabling delivery at pace – Smart and efficient delivery via data / digital, innovation, supply chain, skills and jobs, and engagement
  • Delivering social value – DSO for good, environmental action plan, discretionary funding schemes, customer inclusion and bespoke support.

Each workshop will include updates, a Q&A and roundtable discussions hosted by industry experts. The sessions will end at 1.00pm followed by lunch and networking until 2.00pm.
