Mount Vernon Cancer Centre - proposal questionnaire

We are running a public consultation. We want your views on our plans to change some specialist cancer services.

These changes would affect services for people who live in:

• Hertfordshire
• Bedfordshire
• North west and north central London
• East Berkshire
• parts of Buckinghamshire

We want to make sure future cancer services meet the needs of everyone in these areas.

We want to hear from patients, carers, local residents, community and voluntary groups, health and social care staff, and the organisations responsible for checking and monitoring NHS services.

It helps us understand how the proposals could affect different places, including travel and access.

Mount Vernon Cancer Centre is working with an independent team called Olovus to run this consultation. In this form, we’ll ask for your contact information if you would like to know about other ways to get involved. You do not have to provide this information.


How your information will be used
Olovus will keep your personal information safe. They will only use it for this consultation. After the work is finished, Olovus will keep your information for no more than 6 months, then delete it. Under data protection law, NHS England East of England is responsible for your information. This means they are the data controller. Olovus collects, stores, and uses your information for the consultation. This makes them the data processor. Olovus may share the information you give them with NHS England East of England to help with this work.
