Survey - What I wish I knew before starting my period We want to hear about your experiences of learning about periods and menstruation.

Many young people tell us that periods can still feel awkward or difficult to talk about. Experiences are different depending on family, culture, school, friends and personal circumstances, some learn lots before their first period, while others feel unprepared or unsure where to get information. 

This survey is part of a project being developed by NOWT (Navigating Our Womanhood Together) and Black Country ICB with young people to create better information, support and resources about periods. Your ideas will help shape future activities, including period workshops and resources designed by and for young people.

The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete. You can skip any questions you do not want to answer and can answer anonymously.
