Business Growth and Employment Summit

If you would like to join us for Sandwell’s inaugural Business Growth and Employment Summit on Wednesday 20 November 2024 at West Bromwich Albion Football Club please register your interest through this listing and we will confirm if we are able to allocate you a space ASAP.

The summit will give an opportunity to hear from some of Sandwell’s fastest growing companies, the borough’s Social Value pioneers and local young people and apprentices who are helping shape the future workforce of Sandwell!

At the event we will be launching Sandwell’s Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies 2024 report alongside the Sandwell Skills and Employment Strategy as well as following up on the actions and outcomes of the July Youth Summit.

The event is also an opportunity to network with likeminded businesspeople, local education and training providers and community and voluntary sector organisations who all have a shared goal – making Sandwell a thriving economy by creating and sustaining jobs, raising aspirations, nurturing skills, and generating wealth for our region.

Registration will start at 8am with presentations and workshop discussions starting from 8.30am.

There will be refreshments throughout the morning and a light buffet lunch will be provided at the end of the event.
